We’re thrilled to share the news that Optical Superstore Hervey Bay will be relocating to a brand-new home at Eli Waters Shopping Centre!
Opening February 12th, expect the same exceptional customer service and affordable, high-quality eyewear in a new, relaxed location. Only 2km down the road from our previous store, Eli Waters Shopping Centre offers a family-friendly environment and plenty of free parking – you can find us at Shop 17, opposite Woolworths, with convenient access from the main entrance off Ibis Boulevard.

Our new Eli Waters location comes equipped with all the optometry services from our previous store, now contained within a specially dedicated diagnostic space. Advanced testing services such as OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography), visual field testing (VFT) and digital retinal photography will be available here to allow for comprehensive eye health assessments.
The new store will be supported by two tenant optometrists, providing a range of essential services from routine eye examinations and children’s eye tests to assessments for diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, cataracts, the macula, and fitness to drive. Optometrists operating at Optical Superstore Hervey Bay are independent practitioners, meaning their only priority is ensuring your eyes receive the thorough care they deserve.
Many eye health problems may develop without noticeable symptoms, and early detection is vital for achieving the best possible treatment and management outcomes. This is why annual eye tests are recommended for those aged 65 years or older, and every three years for anyone under 65. The best part?
