We visited here last week to choose some new glasses for my little boy. Cody was very welcoming and friendly. And also the whole reception team were great. Cody made the experience very fun and enjoyable for us. Great customer service.

Absolutely the best optometrist I've found in Adelaide, great service, beautiful frames and amazing prices. I've got a small face and they always spend time fitting the frames perfectly so they're nice and tight. Very happy, highly recommend 🙂

I have likely been getting my eye tests and glasses at this store for over 20 yrs. The service, particularly at small repair time has always been exceptional. Today the staff went well above an beyond to repair my broken frames. Thank you again, why would you go anywhere else. 👏👍💖🤓

I have nothing but good things to say about the Optical Superstore at Tea Tree Plaza. I took in a pair of specs for repair which I’d sourced back from my home country and the people at Optical Superstore were nice enough to replace the broken arm with one from their inventory FOC. Super nice, attentive and courteous - they basically made my day and just went out of the way to help some one in need! Kudos and the kindest service!

The family, depleted and jaded after spending several hours trying 100s of frames in the numerous spectacle stores along the mall, tried as a last ditch effort the Optical Superstore (Lower Ground, Adelaide Central Plaza) and, were absolutely delighted by the incredible skill Leanne with decades of experience has at choosing frames the compliment the face in seconds and at excellent value for money; 2 family members each walked out having chosen 2 new pairs each. Extraordinary! Feeling extremely grateful!

My husband had fantastic service when he visited recently after needing new sunglasses urgently for an upcoming trip. The service staff went way beyond expectations, and consultedseveral times with Hoya to get the lenses organised within a week for my husband to personally pick up. Yesterday, while sleeping, I accidentally broke the nose pad on my glasses. Fortunately, I found this store. Their service attitude was excellent, and they had a wide range of products. The staff quickly helped me repair the damaged nose pad. I’m very grateful to them!

I purchased a pair of Jonathan Paul fitover sunglasses on the 25th of August 2023, so just after the 1 year warranty as advised by the manufacturer. I did misplace my receipt. However, the merchant copy was available as proof of purchase. This is my second pair of Jonathan Paul fitovers sunglasses that started to delaminate. Management was very understanding and, with their goodwill, gave me a full refund. I would not recommend anyone to buy the Jonathan Paul brand. However, I highly recommend The Optical Superstore at Mount Sheridan for their good customer service.

I have had trouble with getting glasses with the lens I need from other stores. I went to The Optical Superstore, Caneland. MACKAY.BEST Thing I could have done.I got 2 pair of glasses. (Reading and Distance). I can't fault either pair.Great service and help from everyone in the store. Highly recommend.

Attended the store recently for an app with Alex the optometrist. Walked out of the app feeling super satisfied, everything was thoroughly explained unlike other places. I have felt pressure at other optical stores to have unneeded tests and buy the top of the range glasses but TOS staff (Marion) have always made me feel welcome and their range of frames are very fairly priced and they have a good range.
