The optometrist I saw today (Alex) was not only extremely knowledgable & thorough, but also makes sure to take the time to explain things clearly after his assessment. Staff at desk were also very helpful and kind.

I purchased a pair of Jonathan Paul fitover sunglasses on the 25th of August 2023, so just after the 1 year warranty as advised by the manufacturer. I did misplace my receipt. However, the merchant copy was available as proof of purchase. This is my second pair of Jonathan Paul fitovers sunglasses that started to delaminate. Management was very understanding and, with their goodwill, gave me a full refund. I would not recommend anyone to buy the Jonathan Paul brand. However, I highly recommend The Optical Superstore at Mount Sheridan for their good customer service.

I have had trouble with getting glasses with the lens I need from other stores. I went to The Optical Superstore, Caneland. MACKAY.BEST Thing I could have done.I got 2 pair of glasses. (Reading and Distance). I can't fault either pair.Great service and help from everyone in the store. Highly recommend.

Attended the store recently for an app with Alex the optometrist. Walked out of the app feeling super satisfied, everything was thoroughly explained unlike other places. The customer service from the ladies out the from was phenomenal, so polite, very helpful and walked out feeling really good and informed about my choices!

I have felt pressure at other optical stores to have unneeded tests and buy the top of the range glasses but TOS staff (Marion) have always made me feel welcome and their range of frames are very fairly priced and they have a good range.

Booked in to see optometrist here because I felt my sight (while wearing my contacts) wasn't as sharp as it should be. Staff helpfully fit me in on short notice and Michael efficiently updated my contact lens prescription.Amazing improvement

Was concerned that my preschooler needed glasses and had her eyes tested here. The optometrist who assessed her was professional and engaging with my shy child. In addition, the front desk ladies were so kind to my children - giving them stickers and keeping them busy whilst we picked out a frame/had them fitted. Highly recommended and thanks for the fantastic service!

Highly recommend this Optical superstore in the sunnybank hills shopping mall.The staffs and team members were so helpful and kind.My optometrist Miss Thuy was so patient, caring&expertise on her field when she examined my eyes. When I am not quite sure about the terms which she used and tried to explain to me regarding my condition (she purposely asked for help from her colleagues as my translator ) to make sure I understood what she said.Im glad and gratitude what the great store did this for me as I’m so worried about my eyes at that moment.Big thanks.😊

From having a bad experience at Specsavers, I wasn't sure about another optical place, Howe the service here is excellent. Friendly, helpful and gave me correct glasses, patient with me choosing, helped me choose and took their time to go beyove and beyond. I was grieving also for my appointment, had a cry and the ladies were very kind to me. Highly recommend.

Park Beach Plaza store Coffs Harbour. Optometrist Rachael and her colleague Alinta were amazing. Solved double vision problems other discount & premium stores hadn’t. New readers & multifocal lenses are great, best I’ve had in at least 15 years. Frame selection & fitting not as good, had to replace one set. Overall great experience

After several frustrating weeks of researching and checking out different optometrists, I visited Sunnybank Hills Optical Superstore. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the gentleman who served me had an eye for detail, and provided exceptional service. He was eminently qualified, knowledgeable, experienced, personable, witty, respectful, and professional. He treated me as an individual, focusing on my optical needs, allowing plenty of time, and helping me to choose spectacles that suited me. So, I am very happy with my choice and enormously grateful that I was able to obtain what I needed in a timely manner.

While they could have a wider variety of frame choices, no one can fault their exemplary customer care and attention to detail. There's no reason to go anywhere else in Mount Eliza for your eye care needs, these guys are simply the best!

Both Tarina and Rachel are absolutely lovely! They both went above and beyond in helping me with completing my eye check, picking out frames and ensuring I got the most back from my health fund. I honestly cannot recommend them both more highly. They are worth their weight in gold!

I liked the services, William assisted and advised me and the team is so good people, I was there after another optometric consultation I needed a second opinion and TOS helped me with my situation and answered and explained me very well my inexperience questions I'm not optometrist so he could understand me and resolve my issue and gave 2 glasses a good price. 😀 ✌️

I had an issue with my glasses and I started being very worried about it because of my travel.Kath finds a solution for my situation.My glasses were made in Tasmania and my travel was without a real destination.She contacted the store in Tasmania and she ordered the glasses in her shop. When everything was ready she sent me a list of the Optical superstore around me and she made sure I received the glasses in Queensland!I am very glad and very thankful for the kindness and the way Kath communicated with me!I have my glasses and also an amazing woman that cared about all the situations that happened to me!I am also happy with the glasses, I love them and the price was affordable.❤️ I am glad I was in your optical superstore ❤️Thank you Kath and team!
