Received the Best Customer Service from two staff members (Female & Male - sorry didn’t get their names) at the Capalaba Central Optical Superstore recently (early September 2026)…Walked in to get my reading glasses arm fix. I was willing to pay for the new screw for my reading glasses and the two staff members offered to fix my glasses for straight away & for free. They also gave me a free glasses case. They were both friendly and very happy to help me without wanting any payment. I come from a retail background of 30 years which I also took pride in providing excellent service to everyone. It was wonderful to experience good old fashion friendly customer service which I thought had died…but the lovely two staff members in the afternoon displayed excellent customer service! The service, friendliness and quality of care is extremely high imo from this team.Optometrist was very thorough & explained much more than previous yearly Diabetic appointments. I am traveling around Australia solo . I had a disaster with my glasses , the frames were totally smashed just prior to leaving Sydney for Darwin. I was lucky enough to have chosen this location by chance,to help. I went directly there from the airport. The gentleman was fantastic, very kind and sympathetic, I can barely see without glasses. He wasn't able to fix the frames, understandly so, they were toast and I knew it. He, and the lady also there, put a lot of effort into finding a frame that would work with my lenses. Thankfully they did. Now I can at least see Australia! Thank you so much, you were outstanding, from a very happy Canadian!

I can't speak highly enough of the Optical Superstore at Deception Bay. I booked an optometrist appointment having experienced a sudden onset of double and blurred vision. The optometrist was the most thorough I have ever experienced & compiled a completed report from the tests conducted which was later accessed by Hospital Doctors. After eliminating various medical events, I returned for a follow up appointment to receive corrective lenses & spectacles. The counter staff there were absolutely outstanding. Find us at Shop 71 on the ground level of Hyperdome Shopping Centre.
Hyperdome is easily accessible from the M1/Pacific Hwy via the Bryant’s Rd Exit and then off Mandew St.

Is parking available at Optical Superstore Logan?

Over 4,000 free car parking spaces are available for Hyperdome customers. For best access to Optical Superstore, park towards the northern half of the centre, near Event Cinemas or Commonwealth Bank.

Is Optical Superstore Logan accessible via public transport?

Find The Hyperdome Bus Interchange on the eastern side of the Centre, in the carpark near the Kmart entry.

Logan City Bus Service routes include: 555, 560, 562, 563, 565, 570, 572, 573, 574 and 575. Visit www.translink.com.au for timetable information or speak to Customer Service.

Does Optical Superstore Logan accept walk-ins for eye tests?

It is always best to book ahead of time through our handy online portal to ensure your appointment time is secured. However, if an appointment is available we will absolutely slot you in for an eye test on-the-spot.

What is included in Optical Superstore’s 1 Pair Multifocal Low Gap deal?

For health fund members with optical extras, choose from our $58 frame range with either a 1.5 Index Precision hard-coated, 1.5 Index HT Computer hard-coated, or 1.5 Index HT Indoor Plus hard-coated lens for low gap! This deal may not be suitable for all prescriptions, and is subject to a minimum $220 optical entitlement being available via on-the-spot claiming with HICAPS. T&Cs apply.
