As well as good glasses at a reasonable price, the optimist identified a lesion on my eyelid, referred me to Alice Springs Hospital, then I had day surgery to remove it. Really happy with the thoroughness of eye examination, also good prices and style advice from Wolfgang.

Needed some assistance as I’d tripped and bent my prescription glasses - Liam came to the rescue, what a true champion! He has such a lovely nature and I immediately felt comfortable. Liam made the adjustments needed so I could basically see again, making sure the glasses sat straight on my face too - I seriously couldn’t have been happier! We’re traveling interstate, a long way from home, so definitely a little anxious, but The Optical Superstore, in Hervey Bay, definitely lived up to their name, with Liam wearing the cape - thank you 😇

My husband and I in Yeppoon for a wedding over the weekend of the 26th April. My husband had broken his half-frame glasses and whilst the lovely and helpful Sue was unable to do the repair, she left a note for Emily to try and repair them the following day. Emily spent at least an hour trying to retrieve the fishing line from inside the side arm - even asking the Minute Man next door for some sort of tool to help. Emily was so patient, even apologising for taking so long. In the end she was able to repair the glasses and then wouldn’t accept any payment for her trouble (I am a customer of Optical Superstore in Brisbane). Thank you Sue and Emily for such wonderful customer service.

I’ve been to both Marion and Black Forest stores. An absolutely MASSIVE shoutout to Sarinella, she was beyond helpful and so kind. Made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. She has such a jovial mannerisms and made me feel very relaxed. She put my service above and beyond despite juggling multiple jobs and customers. Had my first eye test at Marion then went to Black Forest and saw she was there. Was beyond happy to have Sarinella look after me once again. Whatever stores she’s at I’ll follow and a shout out to her manager for having a great staff member.
