Prescription eyewear from Optical Superstore comes with a detail warranty and return policy on glasses. Prescription changes are warrantied for 3 months. Damage to your frame and lenses is warrantied for 12 months depending on the use case. Yes, qualified optical dispensers at Gymea can adjust your glasses if they are out of alignment. We offer this as a free service as part of our aftercare for customers. Some repairs can be performed in-store as well, in the case of replacing nose pads, temple trims, and sometimes temple arms. If your glasses require attention please drop by during business hours for tailored support.
