I’ve been to both Marion and Black Forest stores. An absolutely MASSIVE shoutout to Sarinella, she was beyond helpful and so kind. Made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. She has such a jovial mannerisms and made me feel very relaxed. She put my service above and beyond despite juggling multiple jobs and customers. Had my first eye test at Marion then went to Black Forest and saw she was there. Was beyond happy to have Sarinella look after me once again. Whatever stores she’s at I’ll follow and a shout out to her manager for having a great staff member.

I had an outstanding experience with Luke, the optical dispenser. He is incredibly caring, helpful, and exceptionally patient—especially when dealing with my broken custom-made spectacles. Not only did he provide a temporary repair to keep me going, but he also went the extra mile to track down the original suppliers so my glasses could be properly fixed. His dedication and customer service were beyond expectations. I highly recommend Luke and this shop to anyone in need of professional and thoughtful optical assistance!

Decided to give Optical Superstore a try because I looked at their frames and not only are they cheaper than Specsavers but they are so much nicer with a wider variety and brands that SS don’t stock. Booked in for my eye test and I am so impressed! The Optometrist performed tests on my eyes that SS have never done, wasn’t rushed and explained things that I never knew before.In SS you are pumped through like a number in the quickest way possible but this is not the case with this store. From the Optometrist to the staff at the front desk, the attention to detail and helpfulness was so nice and refreshing…this is definitely my Optical store from now on! AAAAA+++++

While no other stores offered help when I was looking for glasses for my three year old unless I went and sought it out, the young woman at TOS was incredibly helpful and was so sweet with my son. I took in a pair of specs for repair which I’d sourced back from my home country and the people at Optical Superstore were nice enough to replace the broken arm with one from their inventory FOC.
