I have had trouble with getting glasses with the lens I need from other stores. I went to The Optical Superstore, Caneland. MACKAY.BEST Thing I could have done.I got 2 pair of glasses. Was concerned that my preschooler needed glasses and had her eyes tested here. The optometrist who assessed her was professional and engaging with my shy child. In addition, the front desk ladies were so kind to my children - giving them stickers and keeping them busy whilst we picked out a frame/had them fitted. Highly recommend this Optical superstore in the sunnybank hills shopping mall.The staffs and team members were so helpful and kind.My optometrist Miss Thuy was so patient, caring&expertise on her field when she examined my eyes. From having a bad experience at Specsavers, I wasn't sure about another optical place, Howe the service here is excellent. Friendly, helpful and gave me correct glasses, patient with me choosing, helped me choose and took their time to go beyove and beyond. I was grieving also for my appointment, had a cry and the ladies were very kind to me. Highly recommend.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the gentleman who served me had an eye for detail, and provided exceptional service. He was eminently qualified, knowledgeable, experienced, personable, witty, respectful, and professional. He treated me as an individual, focusing on my optical needs, allowing plenty of time, and helping me to choose spectacles that suited me. So, I am very happy with my choice and enormously grateful that I was able to obtain what I needed in a timely manner.

I had an issue with my glasses and I started being very worried about it because of my travel.Kath finds a solution for my situation.My glasses were made in Tasmania and my travel was without a real destination.She contacted the store in Tasmania and she ordered the glasses in her shop. I went to the OSS at Westlakes for the first time after going elsewhere for years. My script never felt really right but I thought it was as good as it was going to get. But after going to the OSS at WL I have not seen this clearly since I was a kid!Max the optometrist is excellent. He definitely has the passion and knowledge. I felt confident that I would finally get a script that was right for me.Bianca who helped me pick my frames was also excellent.
