I have been a Optical Superstore client for over 15 years. I recently moved from GC to the local Area. The service, friendliness and quality of care is extremely high imo from this team.Optometrist was very thorough & explained much more than previous yearly Diabetic appointments. Service staff are very helpful (Lady & Guy) + adjusted my new glasses to fit neatly. Also received a ‘Care for Glasses’ info form as well to assist aftercare. BUT best part was from a Wed apt, to get the new prescription glasses on the following Monday - Wow outstanding turnaround time.Very happy I made the decision to go to Deception Bay Optical Superstore. My glasses were back with in 5 days and I’m very pleased with them. Great prices I have multifocal and tint and covering as well. I am traveling around Australia solo . I had a disaster with my glasses , the frames were totally smashed just prior to leaving Sydney for Darwin. I was lucky enough to have chosen this location by chance,to help. I went directly there from the airport. The gentleman was fantastic, very kind and sympathetic, I can barely see without glasses. He wasn't able to fix the frames, understandly so, they were toast and I knew it. He, and the lady also there, put a lot of effort into finding a frame that would work with my lenses. Thankfully they did. Now I can at least see Australia! Thank you so much, you were outstanding, from a very happy Canadian!

I can't speak highly enough of the Optical Superstore at Deception Bay. I booked an optometrist appointment having experienced a sudden onset of double and blurred vision. The optometrist was the most thorough I have ever experienced & compiled a completed report from the tests conducted which was later accessed by Hospital Doctors. After eliminating various medical events, I returned for a follow up appointment to receive corrective lenses & spectacles. The counter staff there were absolutely outstanding. My new glasses arrived early, fitted perfectly & my vision has now been restored to 100% at the minimum cost to yours truly. Thank you Optical Superstore Deception Bay 😊

All of the staff here at the Mt Sheridan Plaza store are amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Love my new glasses, the prescription for my eyesight is perfect, I can read so much better now! The optometrist I saw really took her time in assessing me and working out what would work best for my eyesight. Such a lovely lady aswell. The cost was very reasonable. The kindest most decent folks. I’m in town visiting and in an unfamiliar room in the middle of the night managed to step on my specs.
