I purchased a pair of Jonathan Paul fitover sunglasses on the 25th of August 2023, so just after the 1 year warranty as advised by the manufacturer. I did misplace my receipt. However, the merchant copy was available as proof of purchase. This is my second pair of Jonathan Paul fitovers sunglasses that started to delaminate. Management was very understanding and, with their goodwill, gave me a full refund. I would not recommend anyone to buy the Jonathan Paul brand. However, I highly recommend The Optical Superstore at Mount Sheridan for their good customer service.

From having a bad experience at Specsavers, I wasn't sure about another optical place, Howe the service here is excellent. Friendly, helpful and gave me correct glasses, patient with me choosing, helped me choose and took their time to go beyove and beyond.
