Decided to give Optical Superstore a try because I looked at their frames and not only are they cheaper than Specsavers but they are so much nicer with a wider variety and brands that SS don’t stock. Booked in for my eye test and I am so impressed! The Optometrist performed tests on my eyes that SS have never done, wasn’t rushed and explained things that I never knew before.In SS you are pumped through like a number in the quickest way possible but this is not the case with this store. From the Optometrist to the staff at the front desk, the attention to detail and helpfulness was so nice and refreshing…this is definitely my Optical store from now on! AAAAA+++++

Today I visited every optometrist/eye store in Casuarina Square and The Optical Superstore were the most helpful and friendly. While no other stores offered help when I was looking for glasses for my three year old unless I went and sought it out, the young woman at TOS was incredibly helpful and was so sweet with my son. I have nothing but good things to say about the Optical Superstore at Tea Tree Plaza. I took in a pair of specs for repair which I’d sourced back from my home country and the people at Optical Superstore were nice enough to replace the broken arm with one from their inventory FOC. Super nice, attentive and courteous - they basically made my day and just went out of the way to help some one in need! Kudos and the kindest service!

The family, depleted and jaded after spending several hours trying 100s of frames in the numerous spectacle stores along the mall, tried as a last ditch effort the Optical Superstore (Lower Ground, Adelaide Central Plaza) and, were absolutely delighted by the incredible skill Leanne with decades of experience has at choosing frames the compliment the face in seconds and at excellent value for money; 2 family members each walked out having chosen 2 new pairs each. I purchased a pair of Jonathan Paul fitover sunglasses on the 25th of August 2023, so just after the 1 year warranty as advised by the manufacturer. I did misplace my receipt. However, the merchant copy was available as proof of purchase. This is my second pair of Jonathan Paul fitovers sunglasses that started to delaminate. Management was very understanding and, with their goodwill, gave me a full refund. I would not recommend anyone to buy the Jonathan Paul brand. However, I highly recommend The Optical Superstore at Mount Sheridan for their good customer service.
