Was concerned that my preschooler needed glasses and had her eyes tested here. The optometrist who assessed her was professional and engaging with my shy child. In addition, the front desk ladies were so kind to my children - giving them stickers and keeping them busy whilst we picked out a frame/had them fitted. Highly recommend this Optical superstore in the sunnybank hills shopping mall.The staffs and team members were so helpful and kind.My optometrist Miss Thuy was so patient, caring&expertise on her field when she examined my eyes. When I am not quite sure about the terms which she used and tried to explain to me regarding my condition (she purposely asked for help from her colleagues as my translator ) to make sure I understood what she said.Im glad and gratitude what the great store did this for me as I’m so worried about my eyes at that moment.Big thanks.😊

From having a bad experience at Specsavers, I wasn't sure about another optical place, Howe the service here is excellent. Friendly, helpful and gave me correct glasses, patient with me choosing, helped me choose and took their time to go beyove and beyond. I was grieving also for my appointment, had a cry and the ladies were very kind to me. Highly recommend.

After several frustrating weeks of researching and checking out different optometrists, I visited Sunnybank Hills Optical Superstore. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the gentleman who served me had an eye for detail, and provided exceptional service. He was eminently qualified, knowledgeable, experienced, personable, witty, respectful, and professional. He treated me as an individual, focusing on my optical needs, allowing plenty of time, and helping me to choose spectacles that suited me. So, I am very happy with my choice and enormously grateful that I was able to obtain what I needed in a timely manner.

I had an issue with my glasses and I started being very worried about it because of my travel.Kath finds a solution for my situation.My glasses were made in Tasmania and my travel was without a real destination.She contacted the store in Tasmania and she ordered the glasses in her shop. I went to the OSS at Westlakes for the first time after going elsewhere for years. My script never felt really right but I thought it was as good as it was going to get. But after going to the OSS at WL I have not seen this clearly since I was a kid!Max the optometrist is excellent. He definitely has the passion and knowledge. I felt confident that I would finally get a script that was right for me.Bianca who helped me pick my frames was also excellent. She was honest about frame choice for my face and colouring, and now I can’t wait to pick up my new glasses and see again.I highly recommend the OSS at WL, you will not be disappointed.Thanks again!

Absolutely phenomenal service! My four year old daughter developed conjunctivitis whilst on holidays. They saved the day with their stellar service! Managed to squeeze us in at the end of the day so we could start effective treatment.Unfortunately it was all too much like hard work for the bigger optometrist chain just up the corridor: whom we won’t mention…rhymes with lifesavers.Very grateful Optical Superstore!!! Recommended to Michael at Optical Superstore by local Pharmacist due to eye Injury. Staff went out of their way to accommodate me considering I didn’t have an appointment. Michaels care and attention exceptional and plan to heal damage to cornea a success and surgery not required.Because of the care and attention I was given I went on to have my annual eye check and Michael, Nick and all staff exceptionally helpful with the process and I’ll be a regular from now on.
