Parking is available all around the exterior of the centre, free for three hours. For best access to Optical Superstore, park off Corsair Avenue, and use the Aldi/Australia Post entrance. Or alternatively, enter via the Civic Centre.
Your independent optometrist at Inala can work in collaboration with your GP to provide annual diabetic DFE eye test services. Please let our staff know you are diabetic when you book the appointment. Most eye tests are bulk billed to Medicare.
It’s best to avoid adjusting your glasses yourself, as this may lead to breakage. However, our helpful team are on-hand at Inala to provide complimentary adjustment services on your Optical Superstore frames. Appointments aren’t necessary, just come by the store next time you’re in Inala Plaza.
Just bring your health fund card in-store, as well as your current prescription (if you didn’t have your eyes tested at Optical Superstore). We utilise HICAPS to swipe your card and claim for your eyewear on-the-spot. Detailed quotes including your provider’s contributions are also available.
