Decided to give Optical Superstore a try because I looked at their frames and not only are they cheaper than Specsavers but they are so much nicer with a wider variety and brands that SS don’t stock. Booked in for my eye test and I am so impressed! The Optometrist performed tests on my eyes that SS have never done, wasn’t rushed and explained things that I never knew before.In SS you are pumped through like a number in the quickest way possible but this is not the case with this store. From the Optometrist to the staff at the front desk, the attention to detail and helpfulness was so nice and refreshing…this is definitely my Optical store from now on! AAAAA+++++

I took in a pair of specs for repair which I’d sourced back from my home country and the people at Optical Superstore were nice enough to replace the broken arm with one from their inventory FOC.
